Yes - the mandate is TOAST
It appears Pedo is going to try to do another end-around and get some ruling for “vax” in another circuit court (lottery tomorrow! get your bribes in!) and then force the SCOTUS to act. Short of intervention by Supreme Court ... the mandate is TOAST!
