I would look into joining in filing a class action lawsuit. Civilian employee or not, OSHA cannot be delegated non-existent Executive Branch authority to force everyone but the Legislative and Judicial branches, including the general populace, to take a vaccine they don’t wish to. Without OSHA authority this convoluted mess is dead in the water.
Many are waiting on the class action lawsuit filed by Liberty Counsel in FL to happen on Nov 15. If the injunction is successful, and the case moves forward, thousands will be able to join it, and I plan on doing so first chance I get.
