The doctor, Shankara Chetty, a scientist and doctor from South Africa,being interviewed says he takes a combination of already existing drugs to treat his patients. He believes there is no covid. I think he is right.
The doctor rightly says there are many inconsistencies in the virus the bigger question is why?

He calls it covid illness since the pathogen has never been isolated.

So a virus has been engineered and the spike protein has been tagged onto it so now we have an elaborately engineered virus that has been put into a toxin or a vector and the planet has been exposed to a small dose of it.
Initially, the spike protein causes an allergic reaction. If this goes untreated it causes death. It's what we have seen with covid illness. That is not the end game its to test the water.
So a small amount of this happens. When it does they isolate for 14 days so no one notices when it actually happens. People get to the hospitals too late than the hospitals are mandated to kill. They create mass confusion to steer humanity away from the real purpose.
Take away faith, hope, keep people isolated,so we have been conned into giving away our freedoms into thinking that would be the best things for us. The safest place would be in jail(in our homes) and that's where we all are at this time.
The game they played with the virus was to justify the vaccination of the planet. The vaccination of the planet will expose us to spike proteins for a long long period. So spike protein if we understand what it's meant to do the goal to use the 14 day period to make sure that the deaths are never seen as what they are. The spike protein a very well engineered toxin. It's also also engineered to go to all our tissues in our body incorporated into membranes around our body in specific tissues which will be recognized as foreign and will trigger a host of autoimmune reponses.
The deaths that are enabled to happen from the vaccination will never be able to be pinned on the poison. They(the deaths) will be too diverse, too many, and too long a time frame for us to understand that we have been poisoned. I think this is the big plan.
The toxin is dependent on the hosts' response to it. The idea is to get everyone chasing the virus which is just the vector not the source.
The toxcin in the long term will get people with preexisting illnesses exacerbated. It is engineered to do so with hiv and so many other things already in it. People with pre-existing cancers will have them flare up so others will say they died of cancer,diabetics will have strokes and heart attacks,and the rest this will never be caught since the virus is so slickly done.

If people understand the intention they will understand why everything is happening the way it is. The illogical,suppression or coercion is all warranted,if you understand there is a bigger plan.
This plan is to make sure that large portions of the population are killed without anyone suspecting that they were poisoned. I think the justification for everything we see is warranted in understanding the end game.
We have given up our freedom and told that jail(sequestered in our homes) is the best place to prevent being killed so we willingly went down that road. Now today if we want our freedoms back they've got a mandated vaccine. We were herded like cattle into a car. Only way out is through the tip.
The vaccines make absolutely no sense. We were sold the vaccines from the start but the science does not play out. the vaccine is absolutely nonsensical.
We keep fighting about how good or how bad the vaccine is:

1.Vaccines are meant to stimulate immunity and in doing so preventing infection and preventing chance that is what gives a vaccination group benefit.
So if you take the vaccination without getting the virus or transmitting it you protect me. Clearly that has not occurred. The vaccines do not do that. Now they claim that the vaccine has a benefit in preventing severe illness or death that is a therapeutic benefit his interventions with treatment does the same thinking without exposing the entire world to the side effects of my treatment.
The vaccine does not do what it is supposed to do. The virus distracts us from the big picture. It's spike protein that is the toxin.
2. Prevention of severe illness and death is an individual benefit if it actually does that. So if you take the vaccine it prevents you from getting severely ill or dying. It has no group benefit and doesn't benefit me at all. So why am I being forced to take the vaccine?
They can't tell me how the vaccine will benefit humanity yet they insist I take the jab. When I didn't want to take it they offered a beer and a donut. But, I still didn't want it. The science has not been proven. Or, I have not been told how my taking the vaccine will benefit humanity.
Now I'm being forced to take the vaccine. In sky diving terms they want to push me out of the plane but when I look up, the parachute they provide me is full of holes and no one will admit it is full of holes!! I see a few dead bodies lying on the ground and they tell me they are fast asleep!! I don't believe that. Now if they can prove a population benefit to the vaccine,maybe I'll take the plunge for the benefit of humanity.
But until that point,we are being coerced.

Maybe the prime target since they are older and will have more past diseases which can be reignited by the spike protein but most of the world is the target.

Yes, this temporary stay is for the entire country, not just some states. The government must respond to the petitioners request by tomorrow, Monday Nov 8th, 5pm CST. The petitioners then have until 5pm Tuesday, Nov 9th to respond. This gets the ball rolling and the 5th Circuit has expedited this case rather than bumping it to their post-holiday session in January 2022.
The 5th circuit court is based in New Orleans and "oversees" the court district of Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. The reason this landed at the 5th circuit is because the lawsuit started with the state of Texas. Other states joined in, then employers, but it started with Texas hence the 5th circuit.
This is not a trial, that's not the way the federal circuit courts work. In federal circuit courts there is no "trial", there is no jury, there are no witnesses giving testimony. The federal circuit court does not retry cases from a lower court. The function and purpose of the federal circuit courts is to determine if whatever is in front of them follows the law. In this case...does the federal government (OSHA) have the legal right to mandate vaccines, is there precedent law set that they can do that, etc. This process makes it very streamlined as there is no witness testimony, jury, etc.
Normally, the federal circuit court ruling is the final say. Of course the side that loses in a federal court of appeals may file a petition for a writ of certiorari, i.e. asking the Supreme Court to review the case. The Supremes don't have to grant a review.
I didn't intend to ramble on but the court system is a sticky wicket, IMO. Hope that helps.
