Actually, homeopathy works on a principle very similar to (drum roll) vaccines! Homeopathy remedies contain minute, diluted quantities of some harmful substance which is intended - like a vaccine - to stimulate an immune response. Not quite the same as a vaccine, but a similar idea.
Except the small the dilution the stronger the effect according to homeopaths. Also something like a 30C dilution contains less than 10^30 of the original. A 50C dilution would be 10,000X more diluted than putting one cc of poison in the entire ocean.
