I didn’t realize that, and it still doesn’t sound quite right. So if the mandates are said to be invalid, then the companies following them are personally liable.
Seems like the government should be liable.
But there really wasn’t the Mandate until November 5th, I could have that date wrong, not until OSHA came out with their mandate. Am I confused?
people running large companies should know it’s foolish to act on something that is not a law yet.
