"Two doses of oral ivermectin (300 μg/kg/dose given 72 hours apart) as chemoprophylaxis among HCWs reduced the risk of COVID-19 infection by 83% in the following month. Safe, effective, and low-cost chemoprophylaxis has relevance in the containment of pandemic alongside vaccine."

Pair those two Ivermectin doses with Zinc, Vitamin D, and wonder what the result would be? Maybe add Quercetin for those vulnerable? Only take it when needed. No lifelong impacts or cardiac arrests/neurological damage/ massive blood clots etc.
Make the medication available without a prescription, keep it in the medicine cabinet and if a family member becomes ill, administer, as is what is happening in many homes across the US now.
