Thanks. I missed out on that, and the consent decree wasn’t mentioned, by Fredericks, nor Bannon. It’s possible the fact of it is not actually well known or understood.
the big thing about that consent decree was, the RATs used it as a big club.
If a Repub even asked a question, the RATs would have them removed from the polling place under the guise of “Consent decree violation”.
The judge who kept renewing it all these years died. A new judge took over and shut down the consent decree effective 01/01/2018.
The repubs really don’t know how to act yet, not being under the decree. They proved that in the 2018 mid-terms and the 2020 general.
