I don't know if this will help, but 8 days ago I got out of bed that morning and was shaky, headache, horrid cough, cold to my core and felt like my eyes were coming out of my head, called my daughter, I live across the street from my dr. and hospital, so ER I go, they took xrays, covid tests, the dr. came down to ER...no fever, just felt like I had been ran over by a train...she gave me some antibiotics, and said if I didn't feel better by day after tomorrow, she would admit me but everything is full. It was told to me that it was the Delta Variant...very spreadable and if I hadn't had my pnomia shot, I would be in very big trouble, it attacks your lungs...
Yesterday and today I have felt better, don't have the racking cough, don't have the achy feeling...and I can see again...
So my decision is this: I don't visit anyone but my daughter, grandson, and my groceries will be delivered to my door and anything else, my daughter said she would get for me...
When I went to the mailbox today, I wore gloves and a mask, who knows how many hands have been on the mail, and who knows what they are spraying in the air we breath...

From what I have read here ivermectin,zinc,vit.D3 get out in 80 degree sun for 30 minutes,vit. C and a grapefuit concoction that seems to work well. A myriad of suggestions on here.
