But a simple “Please” and “Thank you” is often mentally acknowledged by ourselves but less often verbalized by us daily. It can soften the most hardened hearts and stubborn people I’ve often noted in my life.
Most of all it’s just a simple act of kindness that I wish the rest of the world would make the effort to put to practice more than they do these days.
