So, per that highlight in the screenshot, in the eyes of the SEC, the current covid shots are merely gene therapies.

To call them ‘vaccines’, even with the updated definition, is mislabeling and misrepresentation of a product.

Do any of the Securities and Exchange Commission rules/laws deal with mislabeling and misrepresentation?
