Reminds me of those who said they only bought Playboy for the articles.

The late great Barry Farber defined a neocon as someone who, as a kid would sneak into his uncle's stash of Playboys to read the articles,but now reads them to look at the pictures and laugh at the jokes.

Unfortunately, there
are those that "have no choice".
I mentioned earlier my Filipino relatives.
In OUR house we use primarily Messenger, which is a facebook platform.
It allows texts and videos, something only recently utilized to any great extent in OUR family tree.
Filipinos are glued to their cell phones as much as or more than Americans
