Besides .... I became addicted to posting my memes and tagging a lot of my friends across the nation.
Right now, In my community, we are (as many others are) deep in attacking the local school board.
There are three vulnerable members and we have in place, on the ballot Christian conservatives to replace them.

Here’s what i suggest- stay off FB for at least one month and see what happens.
I have friends across the nation as well and a sister out west. After what I saw FB was doing after the election i posted the following on my FB page, “I am suspending my account in a week- if you need to contact me at any time send me a message.”
I still use messenger to reach out to people and they still contact me via messenger.
