What is compelling is that they can make the case for arresting him for instigating the entry into the Capitol. And they know where to find him.

If hundreds are charged for the Jan. 6th entry into the Capitol, then the earlier videos clearly make the case that he should be charged with planning and encouraging the entry.

AFAICT, there is nothing stopping those guys who filmed him from citizen-arresting him... or one of us from doing so.
