Yes, but the fact is, the court has no power to order a sitting president to step down. The proper method for that lies with Congress and impeachment, not with the judicial branch.

The court has some jurisdiction over the election disputes, but once a president is inaugurated, the only viable road left is impeachment.

I was replying to the rumor about SCOTUS .... even if SCOTUS ‘could’ (and as you said, they can’t) do something about the illegitimate FJB, they wouldn’t. FJB is the ‘resident until 2024 or Kamala gets put in his place (over Jill’s dead body, IMO).
