I have the same instinct. After smiling over your post, I decided to dig into JOS' background. Surprisingly, he was involved with Field O'Connell and provided a positive character reference for him and for Timothy Homseth.
At some earlier point I had skimmed over a few videos by Field McConnel and tried to figure if he was white hat or not. He sounded okay until he's say something that was red flag. I'd try another video and it was good until...red flag. He would say he was anti NWO and protective of children, and requested donations for his Children's Crusade, but ultimately I just moved on.
I didn't know it then but Timothy Homseth was friends with McConnel and lived at his ranch for awhile.
In an interview which I'll link below, Juan O Savin has positive things to say about both men, Field McConnel and Timothy Homeseth, but I found JOS cagey and ultimately, disingenous as it took him about 30 minutes to defend these men while at the same time ensuring he had no responsibility for any knowledge of what they may or may not have done, and no true knowledge of Field McConnel's "Children's Crusade" which would prove to be fake. :(
At some point Field was arrested while he was on the phone with his good friend and defender Juan O Savin. His friends, including JOS, were saying we should withhold judgement and that the deep state was trying to silence 'patriot' McConnel. I thought it possible, but never dug into it.
After hearing Juan O Savin defend Timothy Homseth's reputation, and then seeing a photograph of Homeseth with his arm around a 6 year old boy he had dressed in a dress and high heels, I have recalibrated.
Homeseth had been parading as a defender of Children. Field McConnel had been parading a as a defender of children while operating a fake charity. And Juan O Savin, despite his status as a private investigator who pretends to be on intel insider circles didn't know McConnel's charity was fake and that Homeseth had a thing for little boys.
If Field was a persecuted innocent with intel background, why did he have a pedophile sociopath living with him? The court case against Homeseth stalking a woman for 10 years included portions of her testimony that I found vicerally repulsive.
Not all parts of the 3 videos I sampled were persuasive. There was a picture of Field and Homeseth in which the camera pans in on the fact that Homeseth's hand is resting against McConnel's arm as both leaned on the back of a car. I suppose perhaps hinting that they were a couple. Seemed innocent enough.
But Homeseth's perversion wasn't. It wasn't just putting the little boy in a dress and heels, it was 'that look' as Homeseth put his arm around the boy and looked into the camera. I believe I've seen that look in Q drops, on the faces of other pervs. JOS/McConnel's failure to notice this, Fields fake charity, JOS's excessively detailed explanation about his connection/non-connection to them was...ahem....not impressive.
Homeseth claimed he was a member of the PPTF (Pentagon Pedophile Task Force). Once arrested, McConnel is said to have admitted that he knew there was no PPTF. JOS defends the existance of the PPTF. Listening to JOS try to shame the listener out of questioning the existance of that task force was cringe worthy - he claimed the higher ground.
The whole thing was depressing. There were other details that don't flatter JOS' ego, and some accusations that were unfounded, but the McConnel/Homeseth defense was just sad.
