Not sure why they are just getting started. The AZ AG claIMED he was starting an investigation back in August. Since then the bad guys admitted under oath that they destroyed ballots and records which were under subpoena. The AG is just playing politics and trying to straddle the Red Line.
Don’t worry. I read various informed (ie in AZ and know what’s going on) and AG Brninovich (sp?) needed to do his own investigative work using his office and did it, and now it’s all formal.
Legal stuff always takes much more time than any of us would like, and this is a very complex bunch of crimes that were committed by a number of people, the actual computer punchers, office people, Maricopa County people, and so on. There were federal crimes and state crimes, and of course any election fraud is federal, so many laws both state and fed were broken.
