I feel the very same.

I have to limit the energy I expend on the gloom and doom and the unending brainwash afflicting so many.

I am trying to be still as scripture directs and try to Meditate every day.

Night before last I got a screaming tornado warning/flash flood alert on the stinking cell phones at 1:30 a.m. If my Dad had been alive he would have washed my mouth out with soap, saying what I said after being scared awake. Kidding aside that emergency broadcast alert system is comforting to me now somehow.

We are Getting out in fresh air and getting a little sun everyday and walking some.

I pray you and yours and all here are able to do same.

Pray, rest and watch is such a must every minute.

May our Father in Heaven have mercy and keep us all.
