Found this in the replies on Mollie Hemingway's twt of the "2 down, 8 to go".This would be a great time to put that mediocrity named Fred Upton out to pasture too. Back when he was helping the Democrats save the world from the incandescent light bulb, I could not figure out if he was just clueless or on the take; I decided that he could be both.
