No, FB can’t record anything in a SCIF; SCIFs are designed to keep electronic snooping OUT.

To bring a recording device into a SCIF is strictly forbidden.
Anything going in is vetted by Security, and nothing comes out unless the memory is wiped and the media destroyed.
The only memory device allowed in a SCIF is ones brain, and that is governed by high level clearances and severe penalties if info is ‘spilled’.
