Amber is really made out of a couple of ingredients; one is styrax and I can’t remember the other. Some times it is liquid and sometimes solid-ish. If you do some searches I think you’ll find better sources than on amzon.
This looks good, at least it is authentic/natural but I have no idea what this one smells like:

The MU School of Medicine has joined a nationwide, at-home clinical study, ACTIV-6, to test how repurposed medications can be used to treat mild-to-moderate COVID-19 symptoms.
The medications in the study are fluticasone, fluvoxamine and ivermectin, all previously approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat other conditions.”
