In 2018, Dr. Charles Morgan, an expert on psycho-neurobiology, spoke at West Point Academy about the ability to edit DNA for the purpose of mind and body control. They can also use it to erase or even change memory.
This technology was viable in a lab context several years ago when this presentation was made. I do not know and not claiming they have the technology at production level or in the vaccines, but it really is not that far fetched that it could be coming sometime in the near future. And you know, once they have it, they will use it.

Actually there has been lots of published research for just that.
Dr. Young is a quack, but graphene oxide is being used in medicine for conductivity and manipulation from outside tech frequencies.
So called "magnetic" people existed before vaccine. Its not magnetism, its friction. Some peoples smooth skin is stickier than others. Tell them to put talcum powder on the skin first. The magnets will stop "adhering".

Iron oxides are not hazardous unless you breathe in a lot. It is commonly used in the coatings of pills and capsules. Red iron oxide is a dull, orange color.
What you should be concerned with in this area is not what President Trump or Q thinks.
What you should be concerned about is the ongoing long-term threat of nanotechnology—we are rapidly headed towards a future dystopia—regardless of what any individuals may do or not do.

Too many banned researchers hare demonstrating this stuff. Besides, if you like graphene oxide in your body then by all means get the clot shot and all the boosters they are now recommending.
I agree on nanotechnology. DARPA has been using them on our soldiers, allowing them to communicate with thought. Sounds science fiction, but it’s been going on for some time. Darpa purchased Microsoft and Google VR helmets as part of the program. We can not address issues if noone is paying attention. Too many real events getting ignored. My wife believes we are doomed, I still have hope.
