Let’s assume it was, and the camera angle was basically directly facing Baldwin, or nearly so. If that’s the case then why not have the camera operator start the camera, then move away with all crew out of the line of fire before the director yells “Action” to remove the possibility of this happening? A suppose it could have been a fluid steadicam type shot but either do it robotically or add the jiggly effect in post.
Procedures need to change.
