Holy crap. He kills one and wounds another then they hand him another gun? Journalists. Now comes the blame/finger pointing portion of the show. “If some dumb ass prop guy hadn’t given me that DAMN GUN this would never have happened!” “Why would the cinematographer stand in the wrong place?” Why would the director stand behind the cinematographer?” “It wasn’t me!” Any bets on him skating? After all, hasn’t he suffered enough emotional damage from the guilt? He could be the mike byrd of the film industry. Senseless killing? Yawn.

I don’t know standard on-set protocol but if he fired the gun in the context of shooting a scene he might skate but if he was fooling around John Erik Hexum style he’s in trouble for sure.

As I have mentioned in another thread, it is stunning that any of the guns used in these movies even remotely have any possibility of launching a projectile. They often point those guns directly at a cameraman…..right? Somebody help me out here.
