If this were Jon Voight, the left would be screaming for his movie project to be shut down and Jon sent to prison for life.

Baldwin needs to be taught a lesson, just like the left would try to do. Same rules for everybody. Without exception.

What lesson do you teach him? I’m reasonably sure he understands the loss of life and the ramifications of what happened. But conjecturing that if another person of another political theology had done it they would be treated differently is looking as this as a political revenge viewpoint rather than a legal one.

It is currently under investigation and since the director was involved the project is probably on hold while the police do their work.

I sincerely doubt that Baldwin did it intentionally as he lacks the sand to do a whole lot of anything. So we call that an accident. Is he personally criminally liable? No, just stupid. Can he, as he is head of the production company be sued? Absolutely. But that’s how the law handles it. It is not criminal to be stupid. If that was the case most of our government would be in chains.
