I have a contractor that informed me this afternoon that he received a letter from the Fed’s that they request him to allow a change in his current Fed contract so that he (the contractor) mandate the jab for him, his employees (<15) and all subcontractors. He has contacted his lawyers to determine his next move.
He will NOT force his employees, or subcontractors to have to take the jab to keep employment. He knows my position...
He may be forced to sell his company as he will not comply with this unlawful mandate. We discussed a contract change an he stated maybe I should ask for $10 million to change the contract.
My comment back; No, you should demand $200 million. If one or more of your employee gets sick or dies, it is you that would be sued for the mandate damages. Then after a few minutes, I said; You know if you offer any amount, you may open yourself to negotiation clauses.
His last statement was; Well, I don’t know what will happen but if it goes bad, I’ll meet you at the fishing hole.
