Any regular caller is most likely vaccinated because it’s Philadelphia. He starts telling them how he went to the hospital like last week because he was having severe back pain."

Doesn't the pain depend on where the blood clot is?
In fairness, a blood clot in a critical position could cause muscle contractions {cramps} in the near vicinity. Whether that has anything to do with CoViD is beyond my ken... I know that in some folk the vaccine has been associated with blood clots; I have not read at what location those clots are common.
