That explains why they tried to destroy him with exposure of his foibles when we all know how quickly they would have been covered up if he’d been one of “them”. They threw everything they could at him - a drunk with DUI’s and a foul-mouthed racist. I no longer know how much of that was true and how much was just a hit job to make him less popular and destroy his credibility and career.
