I started about 4 years ago. Same result. Lost 30lbs and kept it off.

I know a woman who is using it. It isn’t working. Maybe because the Intermittent Fasting/Cheesecake Diet is an unusual subset of IF....

Me? Down 30 lbs, then level for 4 years.

I lost 50 with intermittent fasting and Keto. Seemed to have his a wall on the last 25.
