So i have no problem eating one meal a day but is that good enough or are there certain ingredients or foods you need to avoid?
There’s a number of health promoting diets that are quite similar. Ones like the DASH diet or the Mediterranean diet. They include a lot of vegetables and fruit. Complex carbs. Lower fat proteins.
