Have been using Xlear intranasally for > 6 months. It has grapefruit seed extract (quercetin) and xylitol. With that, and the oral quercetin + Zn++, Vit D3 and NAC. I’ve been good, with no seasonal allergies...don’t even need Zyrtec when I mow the grass.
I finished my Xlear nasal spray bottle, cleaned it, rinsed it with a newly opened bottle of spring water, and filled it with 0.6% Betadine as prepared in the linked post https://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/4003342/posts?page=182#182. Used in 1 nostril. Seems ok. Will treat the other nostril with Xlear for a couple of days per usual and report back if any profound differences.
