The scale in the photo is wrong that goes from zero to 15cm. One can clearly see in the other photo that zero to 150 cm is more like it. I think I can read the inscription.
It says”.. This boomerang should only be used outdoors. Make sure that the area is clear and that boats and people are not nearby. May cause an eye injury if struck directly.
