‘Appears to be’ this isn’t a fact. The whole thing is bogus, meant to distract from what’s really going on.
“Appears to be” is one of those phrases that deter lawsuits. Like putting a question mark after a statement. These and other similar tricks are well known as devices to get yourself published and read with zero accountability.
All reputable people in journalism despise these jokers.
