Had lens replacement and then got my glasses corrected to handle new lens and correction needed for the other eye. Very happy. No contacts and not messing with the one good eye at all. Frightening at first with the total fog (they tell you about that).

The decision is all up to you, of course. Think it through, you'll figure out what works for you best. You will be awake during the procedure and it will be a very interesting light show. The surgeon will brief you on everything to do and just follow his instructions down to the last eye drop.It will clear up and you will see the stars again. :D

I don’t need cataract surgery yet, I have mild cataracts, not bad enough to deal with. Just had my eyes checked last week and waiting on new glasses. I’m getting the progressive lenses w/ the blue screen coating. They are sorely needed, I’ve been too long waiting to do this, long past overdue.
