I’ve lost count of the times visitors have had to go outside to use their phones... another of the (many!) reasons we don’t bother to have smartphones... Just a couple weeks ago, a salesman couldn’t get a signal on his laptop, so we had to plug him in...
Only way a cellphone would survive in a shower is if it were in a waterproof case.
