Motivation is key. When people act like they have “special sauce” due to insiders, about 99.99% it’s a tell that they are self-serving fakers. I can’t stand sifting BS from truth. Fakers always have some truth to leaven the BS. The truth is open source and I can find from people who don’t mix BS with it.

Sorry to be sort of blunt but just tired of BSers pretending they “know” all kinds of “insider” stuff.

I understand your frustration with wannabes and they are everywhere.After thousands of interviews it gets old. But,for me its always been a "digest what I heard" and sort the strong comments from the weaker and than think back on what knowledge I already have on the topic and usually an answer will come. It's seldom 100% but it is what it is.

I have followed some stories for years and they kept on changing over and over. I knew some of it was disinfo but you still had to create a sort of truth in your mind irregardless.

Once upon a time long ago I knew people personally who could tell me the real story. That is why I am where I am now. But we are all old, retired, disabled or dead (Or in prison) now. No one to ask over a glass of bourbon “What really went down?” or “Is he really the moron he seems?”.

I may not know the absolute, detailed truth but I know who the liars are. I’ve been adding to the list since the nineteen sixties.

What I know now is an extension of what I knew then - how things work. I was an artilleryman. I know about trajectory and other things too like - You can’t un-pull the lanyard.
