I started saying, a couple of years ago, what would happen if we woke up one day and the internet was dead, and as the days passed, it stayed dead?

How would that affect our lives?

No more streaming.
No more Amazon.
No more eMail.
No more Freerepublic.

And to cut to the core issue for me personally - without the internet, the far left would have taken over a decade ago.

I would say the exact opposite is true. The internet - especially social media - has permanently destroyed civilization that we used to know, and its not coming back.

The more people hate each other, the richer zuckerberg/dorsey etc become - do you think thats a coincidence? They actively work towards dividing people in order to make more money.

Say hello economic collapse .
Like it or not, the internet is woven into every facet of our lives. The productive and non productive parts
