NYPD seeks skateboarder caught on video tossing paint on George Floyd statue in Union Square
A skateboarding vandal was caught on video released Monday tossing paint on the George Floyd statue in Union Square.
The NYPD said they’re searching for the skateboarder, who was described as light-skinned, wearing black and green and carrying a green backpack.

No. A piece of metal is now a statue of a saint.
Once Mayor Kaiser Wilhelm promoted violence and graffiti throughout New York City streets, including painting graffiti on the street along with paid city employees in front of Trump Tower, he gave the okay to ANYONE who wants to graffiti ANYTHING in New York City.
If not for the hypocrisy of Mayor Kaiser Wilhelm, his taxpayer funded residence would be correctly covered in graffiti like all those business owners found their properties.
The officials didn’t care when existing statues were destroyed.
Confederate statue? Try “any old dead white man,” including founding fathers.
I don’t think there are any left.
The skateboarder is wrong to focus solely on the Statue of Floyd. He/She need also focus on those BLM painted initials on streets.
No reason to go to N.Y. as a tourist as long an this horse shit continues.
This Floyd puke was a criminal and BLm is garbage.
Why bother? Did they bother to chase down vandals who defaced historic and patriotic statues? Or churches?
They should take down their monuments to drug dealers and drug OD dummies. It’s only fair.
