I thought he was in jail and could not make public statements. They put him in jail to stop him, or so they claimed.
The statement in the post is what got him arrested, so it was just before.

I followed the link in the article and went to Scheller’s Facebook page. (It looked legitimate, but who knows?)
There are two anti-Trump postings there. Both are long - really long - and rambling. Scheller has a beef with a lot of folks, not just Trump.
The last post was on Sept. 26, a few days before he was arrested.
