He took a shot at Bill Lind because he never served, but Lind had some damn good ideas anyway. And a truly professional soldier doesn't give a damn where a good idea comes from, nor does he generally display the lack of grace Scheller displayed here.

The nice thing about this letter is that he's pissed off everyone, and whatever message he actually wanted to send will end up on deaf ears as a result.

Bottom line...dude is just weird, and I'll bet his fellow field grades all knew it.
