No it doesn't. Concrete requires a system of forms which means wood. It requires lots of water. First to mix it and then to cool down the concrete as it drys.
The Pyramids had what archaeology describes as a limestone covering but it's clear to see the structure is composed of large stone blocks.

Yeah, but the Nile used to be super close to the pyramids and the wood could be reused over and over again.
