Had a thought, though: Could he have meant Pres. Trump returning this year, & both chambers of Congress reclaimed next year? It was a little hard to get an accurate read from the way it was stated.
Even if there is not a new election for Congress this year, and with the fraud it may not be totally possible to determine the actual winners, imho both houses will lose some members due to arrests and some who won absolutely did not win. So I think the makeup of both houses will change before the 2022 elections.
