I’ll assume they also get a lot of sunshine->D in equatorial Africa, as one report I’ve heard is that 96% of people in ICU with WuFlu are D deficient, so that cheap supplement can be included as well.

Somebody got on my case from the anti-Ivermectin side the other day and wouldn't let it go; maybe that's why I didn't say it more dogmatically.

As for me, I take Vitamins C and D3, Zinc, Quercetin, L-Lysine, probiotics, and fish oil, all of which I've heard may have a help in avoiding Covid altogether or in mitigating symptoms.

I already was taking Melatonin as a sleep aid, but the other day someone pointed me to an article that raised the possibility that it might also help mitigate Covid. I also take multivitamins, COQ10, and a few other supplements for various purposes. Someone - a nurse - also recommended something called Beta Glucan, which I have on order.
