No difference. Just don’t use paste that has other medicines in it. (A few of them have stuff for flys or something as well).
Same molecule, different carrier, all OK.
The paste is for horses the pills are for human, dog chewables are for dogs.
I suggest you never take the dog’s Ivermectin as it has other medications in it.
The horse paste, one tube is for a 1,200 pound horse so the dose for humans needs to be carefully calculated.

The pills can be prescribed by a Doctor or purchased on-line at various websites.
Those are the safest and proper way to obtain and use Ivermectin.

The active ingredient (IVM) is the same but the inactive ingredients are not. One is in a gel, the other a tablet. Also, the horsepaste inactive ingredients are proprietary and not listed.
