Yeah, I don’t see how a prior vaccine that hasn’t been approved is ‘exactly the same’ as a newer unavailable vaccine with a different brand name that is approved. Wouldn’t the “exact same vaccine” be automatically approved?

They don’t approve names, they approve drugs. If it’s the same drug, it’s approved. But it’s not approved. Yossarian would love this situation if you get the reference.

and if true, it is only to Pfizer and the govt’s advantage to have it fully FDA approved (except for the fact that any drug/manufacturer under EUA can not be sue for product liability. The fully approved Corminaty/manufacturer could be sued if this was the drug that was for sale/use). Tricky little devils.
