What exactly does they are legally distinct products with insignificant differences mean? I have noticed this disclaimer ever since the “approval” by the FDA.

I picked up on the “insignificant differences” as well. Insignificant according to whom? Why was it felt necessary to make any changes whatsoever to the physical formulation? Did the changes in any way facilitate the approval?
