He is not limited to just this affidavit for additional pertinent facts he may need to make a ruling on the motion. He can schedule a hearing. Stop being clueless.

You can start to be intellectually curious anytime about the affidavit and any pending legal action as a result of it.
As stated prior, will call the post PAO tomorrow to get more info and confirmation if possible that this Army officer is the author of the affidavit. As another FReeper posted, it seems odd that this apparently first showed up on a website stopworldcontrol.com. She could have just as easily passed along to Alex Bersenson, or any other number of intellectually curious journalists.
