No, you are confusing what I said. I proposed that there are for all practical purposes two different epidemics, related because they are caused by the same vector. The first is harmless to most people (luckily, as I absolutely agree Stage 1 Covid is epidemic among almost all people who have not had it, vaccinated or not. The second is where we set aside as a group those vulnerable to severe disease or complications. "Stage 2 COVID". The feedback to me that I can most trust (ie., no internet stuff, etc.), much of it from health care pros actually treating COVID patients, indicates that in that group, a much higher current rate of un-vaccinated persons are seriously ill, than the current rate of vaccinated persons, adjusted for the size of each population.

Good God, if something like that happened in, say, the private school system my wife works in, there is no way it could be suppressed or covered up. The same for the other groups. Oh, people have died since vaccination for sure, including my own Mom. But those passings were all totally unrelated: Car accidents, Stage 4 cancer, a long standing GI problem (my Mom), a severe bacteria infection, etc. Those account for ALL the deaths. I'm not saying that would hold up perfectly in the next 10k people, but, I'll bet it'd be darn close as a predictor.
At this point, I don't believe your experts any more than I believe Fauci, without direct(!) supporting information. I first listen to what friends who are pros, and my doctor, trusted people actually in the trenches treating Covid patients say, and when it comes to vaccine reactions, I foremost do my own research and counts.
Of course, there is another potential explanation: Biology and biochemistry works differently in "my" group than yours. (Just kidding.)

Reality in your case would be losing the web for a couple weeks, get out of your grandma’s basement, and go out and do your own in the flesh research among people helping or treating many who are ill.

Well, let’s try a reasonable response. The question is valid if coming from a person with misunderstanding and not malice:
In a high exposure environment, I wear a 3M N95, adhering to proper protocols stringently (said protocols are easy, if a bit time consuming, for a guy who used to catfish with stink bait. Hahaha.)
In moderate exposure environments I use a KN-95: Less effective but more comfortable, and much more readily available.
In negligible exposure environments I don’t wear a mask unless required for entry, or, if it’s a short hop between 2 such establishments. (Mask handling, even properly, carries a small risk of exposure.)
The other side of it is two part:
No vaccine can provide 100% protection against a fast replicating virus— start off with enough virions and even a great immune system, natural or human-boosted, may end up unsuccessfully (from the standpoint of the host getting ill) trying to catch up. A properly used quality N95 will catch ~90% of incoming virions: That’s a huge help to the immune system - almost like making it 10x stronger.
Further, I’ve been posting about COVID correctly described as a 2-stage disease. The vaccine was designed to fight stage 2. Therefor, a good mask is the better defense against stage 1. If that fails (maybe I get a 1000x exposure?) then the vaccine has a good chance of keeping the disease to stage 1.
Put another way, I did NOT get the vaccine to protect against Stage 1 COVID. I got the shot to protect against Stage 2 COVID if / when I got Stage 1.
Stage 1? I’d rather not be a spreader to vulnerable (to stage 2) persons around me, in case I do get Stage 1. Nor do I wish to be a variant generator and spreader, so not getting Stage 1 is best overall. Contrary to a lot of incorrect theories, variant generation is primarily dependent on the number of virions extant, and “environmental elements” such as radiation. (This is something I know a little about - my Dad was among other things a geneticist.)
Note in all this that I do not expect naturally acquired immunity to COVID to be any better (or last longer) than acquired immunity to colds. Why would anyone think that?
I may not be able to forever prevent getting at least Stage 1. But, I can sure as heck reduce how many times I get it (which also goes for the flu and many other pathogens.) For kids, natural immunity might work better than for an old guy (but then, those colds hit kids plenty too...)

Because I don’t primarily rely on gov’t officials, or, at least not until I have convincing supportive info. outside of the gov’t or the MSM.
Basically, what I find around me generally supports CDC’s numbers, but, in other areas their incompetence is stupefying. It is easy to think of these agencies, and the gov’t in total as monoliths, but in reality, they are not.
For example... I have a bit of an “inside” connection WRT the CDC: The internal politics (and I don’t mean red vs. blue) and internal strife and disorganization is appalling.
As for the rest of your question, I most certainly think Fauci, etc., should be pinned to the floor as to why ALL current immigrants don’t have to pass the same sort of rigorous screening (health, morals, legal — by FBI) my wife and any other legal immigrants did, when she came to the US — and we were already many months married.
And yet I do neither of those things. I go where I want, I shop, I enjoy life. Without a mask. So tell me exactly who āyou peopleā are and then explain how your assumptions can be so consistently, thoroughly wrong?
