I suggest trying Walmart, which has a 10mg fast release melatonin, taken sublingual. It is quickly absorbed and quite likely more effective than higher doses of melatonin in tablet form... Also a pleasant fruity taste. Just my opinion, worth a try. :)
I know someone who took the jab early this year and I suggested 500mg niacin - time release - and the 10mg sublingual melatonin... don't know of any ill effects so far - except that they sleep better... just anecdotal, of course. :)

Thank you -- sublingual melatonin would make sense for "emergency use".
My second Niatonin attempt (18 mg melatonin, 20 min pause, 500 mg niacin, after food rather than on an empty stomach) resulted in about 40% of the original flush, only a modest BP decrease, and no visual effects. I'll try 30 mg melatonin tomorrow.
