Good catch, LJ. I haven’t seen this noted anywhere else, yet. I was beginning to think I had mis-heard it. Jovan Pulitzer said NONE OF THE BALLOTS WERE PRINTED ON SECURE PAPER.
Maybe someone with better digging skills than I can find an Arizona Election statute that requires, or doesn’t require, the ballots to be printed on secure paper. If required, this would invalidate every single ballot and the whole election.
Yesterday while listening to much of the live broadcast, and reading a gazillion things, I did read or hear that AZ election laws mandate secure paper that cannot “bleed through” visibly. Also that TEN different kinds of paper were used.
