I just can’t figure out how to handle the bedridden to allow them access while avoiding mail fraud. Maybe certified "Harvesters" who go to voters that can't get out. I mean real certifications. With an automatic 20 year sentence if caught committing fraud.

Maybe certified postal worker Harvesters who collect those housebound ballots. With body cameras required. With automatic prison for fraud.
